I have chosen the field of a favorable worker that works in the aspect of working in an agency of children and family services. This agency will deal in the playing field of Child Protective Services, Family Preservation Services, Foster Care, Adoption, and Juvenile Justice. I believe that there is a great demand that is in need of social workers that can supply lead deep down this field. We need more Leaders that do have good values that can lead other(a)s in assisting the community, organization and the clients to jibe his or her needs. I believe that ethics and honest lead is extremely important to this field of work, without ethics and ethical leadership it is my belief that we would be not only lost in what to do but, how could we really meet the needs of the community and clients to their wax potential without discriminating in any type of manner.
