Abstract
This denomination is a learning team assignment consisting of four constituents. We as a team fork over to evaluate personal values, organisational values and good finis making. It involves researching an organization and providing its values. Also providing cultivation on how a team ingredient would make ethical finiss in a given scenario and compare it with the organizations ethical decision making process.
Learning Team Weekly Reflection (Learning Team A)
This assignment involves taking the Williams Institute ethical motive and Awareness Inventory Assessment. We have selected PepsiCo as the organization for this assignment. We ordain be evaluating personal values, organizational values and ethical decision making in this assignment. One team members results from the assessment would be selected and would be compared with PepsiCos ethical decisions. We have to come up with a scenario and observe how the team member and the organization would react in making ethical decision in such scenario. We will describe the most liable(predicate) ethical decision making process which the team member and the organization would take in the given scenario.
