The Lighthouse

In the Story “The Lighthouse” By Audrey Evans:
The Writer creates a good use of suspense and tenseness throughout the flooring to keep the reader focused and horny to read on. In the story there is a portion out of Suspense and tension built up which I leave alone go on to talk about.
The Lighthouse tells a story that is about two siblings Megan aged 10 and Bobby aged 3 who seduce walked away on the beach away from their parents passing them behind and decide to walk up to the lighthouse. Bobby had some tantrums along the way and Megan neer put up with any of them so she made continuous threats and one was “If you don’t be quite I leave behind slap your face” Bobby never really had a choice whether or not he wanted to go to the lighthouse with Megan because she scared him by facial expression “You can apprehension if you like, but I am spillage and I just hope a monster doesn’t get you “. On their way to the Lighthouse they come crosswise a slice who comes across very eager for them to stay but Megan soon Notices and decides to leave but again Bobby refused so Megan left him and soon after she left she realize how something talent of happened to him and she goes back to look for him.




The Writer in this story uses a form of suspense to keep the reader hanging on and wanting to find out more information on what’s going to happen next but in actual fact he gives nothing away for type when Megan and bobby walk to the lighthouse and they come across the strange man the source creates a sense of Danger “Megan thought that perchance he was one of those strangers they had been warned not to talk to”. This shows tensions was used because they keep up been left at a lonesome beach and have nowhere to go if he turns out to be dangerous.
