Layoffs… How Do I Lay dour Employees?
What does the Employee Handbook say? and it went passhill from there. What handbook? What policy? sackt I just lay them off? Arent I an at- willing employer? I bring this up at present because all December and January we see much treation of new laws, pending legislation, and expectations for the New Year.
